It's okay to ask when you're unsure if you're on the right track, feeling uneasy about heading in the wrong direction, or simply wanting to improve. These can serve as opening questions for discovering ways to grow and achieve better results.

Start by expressing gratitude when someone gives you feedback. They took a risk and showed courage to improve collaboration and foster mutual growth. If you respond with appreciation, it will make it easier to start more open and constructive dialogue.
Healthy conflict leads to full commitment
It is through weighing different opinions can we reach better conclusions. Once a decision is made, however, we must stand united and soldier on. Do not forget! The important thing is that we're working to achieve something more than our combined parts, not to prove that we're right.

When you feel like giving up, think about the reasons you "can't." Focus on the reasons for success, not failure. Approach each challenge with the mindset of trying just one more time.

- Flexible work policy that allows employees to clock in any time between 8:00 and 10:30 AM
- Apart yet closely connected. Work remotely once per week
- Workcation program that lets you work anywhere (either domestically or internationally). Maximum 1 month every half year
